An 18yr old Somalian was arrested Tuesday evening, Feb., 14, 2017 at a sport betting house located at the same location where a Ghanaian was shot a while ago. He was arrested for threatening to cut the throat of one of the staffs.

Reports indicate that the Somalian was previously banned from the betting house located on the street called "Steintorweg" in St. Georg.
He however refused to adhere to the ban issued by the establishment and proceeded to enter the betting house once again on Tuesday, Feb 14th around 7:10pm. Upon entrance, A staff of the betting house asked him to leave. But he refused. At this point they called the police on him.
Report claims that this infuriated the 18yr old Somalian and then he threatened the employees. He announced that he would cut the employees throat and gave a corresponding gesture.
When the policemen arrived at the betting office, he was arrested. The young man started becoming more aggressive and complained loudly about his arrest.Over 100 Black Africans then gathered in front of the shop and started scolding the police. They were heard yelling "This is not America". Police re-inforcement was called and the situation slowly dissipated.
A similar case occured at this same area two weeks ago, feb., 1st, 2017 which saw an undercover Hamburg police officer fire 3 shots at a drunk Ghanaian man. The 33yr old had pulled a knife on the police officer after he was pepper sprayed. This incident caused the African community in Hamburg to go on the streets to protest the excessive shooting.
